Welcome Ladies!!

I'm so excited that you decided to visit my page and sign up for the women's workout sessions!

​

These 1 hour workout sessions are for everyone, whether you are a triathlon participate or straight off the couch, you will be able to accomplish everything I have planned. 

​

The sessions are geared to make you challenge yourself comfortably, lose weight, tone up, and boost your mood!

 

Below are some of the things we will be doing and what we will be using!

- Warm up/ Stretching

- Light Cardio

- Plyometrics

- Agility Ladder

- Medicine Ball

- Resistance bands

- Free weights

Here are all the details for the upcoming sessions in MAY

​

When: Friday Nights in May (5/4, 5/11 & 5/18) 8pm-9pm SHARP!

          - $10.00 per session or sign up for all 3 in advance for $25.00

​

Where: Tab Ramos Sports Center 17 Blair Rd. Aberdeen NJ 07747

           - The small turf field in the corner behind the hockey bleachers

​

What to bring: Water and wear sneakers
